What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would remind everyone that unprofessional behavior won't be tolerated. I think it would lead to a friendlier environment, as well as everyone feeling more welcomed.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I found that there is a lot of room to grow and opportunities to advance in this firm. I was given a lot of responsibility and found that it helped me to grow as a lawyer. The other attorneys are usually friendly and welcoming.
What did you not like about this institution?
A few of the attorneys can be rude and unwelcoming. I think that sometimes this leads to some hostile behavior between otherwise friendly employees and lawyers. But this is usually not a large problem.
