What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Slow it down management, we do a good job and deserve some rest time too. I have a family and I want to do things with them after work but i'm just too exhausted to do much. Offer more incentives and benefits for your workers.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
They're very customer focused which is awesome because I like to help. The work place feels like a family and we work together as a team. Lots of room for improvement with constant training and improvement courses.

What did you not like about this institution?
It's a bit stressful at the workplace because we strive for working very hard and pushing our limits daily. This causes us to work more hours and work beyond what we should be exhausting us.
