What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The interior needs to be redone and hire a maintenance man to fix some of the things around the workplace. Implement recognition for staff that work hard. More benefits would be great as well.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Peckar & Abramson have a very nice staff and are helpful. There are a set amount of hours. The training opportunities are great and the pay is what you would expect. There are benefits as well, which is a nice bonus.

What did you not like about this institution?
Thereis no working late, which is a bummer for me because I like to get a head start or catch up on work. There are very few vacation days, which is troublesome for a family man.
