What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Main management needs to learn how to open the floor of ideas around to all who work there, create more of a team effort feel to the work floor.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I originally came here for the great benefits, but the workforce is also a huge plus and keeps people involved. Great help when I first started here.
What did you not like about this institution?
The main management team does not let a whole lot of change happen within the structure of teams, which can be a negative on workflow.
