What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think the firm runs really well, but I wish there was more improvement on the treatment of staff. Otherwise, it's a really great place to work that just needs some universal system of rules that can be stuck by.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The staff is very helpful and friendly. We all get along really well and there aren't very many issues between all of us that can't be resolved by talking it out. Everyone is very receptive to advice or help that is given. Luckily, this is one of the few firms that give out raises every year and offer holiday bonuses and have dinners for the staff on holidays. It's a real friendly environment and the staff are treated respectfully and kind.

What did you not like about this institution?
The management does show some favoritism to a few of the staff members. If one of us were to go to the management with a problem about certain staff, it wouldn't be taken seriously.
