Advice to law firm management: Take a step back and review your management processes. Are they really all necessary? Are you trusting your employees enough? Are you trusting yourselves to hire employees you can trust?
Pros: It's pretty easy to maintain a healthy work and life balance working at this firm, which is my first priority. The staff is super friendly and always very helpful. They really care about your career.
Cons: At times it was easy to get the feeling that the firm was being overly managed. There are too many cooks in the kitchen who want to know what you're doing at all times and double check everything you do.
