What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
A little bit of planning, some meetings, some discussions among management can go a long way to get everyone on the same page. And getting everyone on the same page will make the firm more effective.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
They have wonderful headquarters in a good part of a great city. They keep a relatively relaxed atmosphere. Most of the staff is made up of dedicated, skilled, professionals employees.

What did you not like about this institution?
The firm isn't exactly managed well. There is disorganization that starts at the top and filters its way down to the bottom of the firm. The cost of living nearby is very high.
