Consider treating staff as colleagues not commodities.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
PRKL churns out business documents and estate planning packages...

What did you not like about this institution?
Poor culture; very hierarchical company. Managers hired a very inexperienced firm administrator. No follow-through on staff requests. PRKL salary is below average; poor work flow and balance overall.

People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
Greg R. is nice, but way out of touch. P. M. and W.A. have a thing that goes way back.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
Downhill before and after the merger.
