Leadership needs to get together and come up with a strategy, quick. Employees do not like getting mixed signals, so improving communication is going to be paramount.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The work here is interesting and there is a lot of it. Associates have no trouble staying busy, and there are plenty of billable hours to go around.

What did you not like about this institution?
The leadership team seems to constantly be in conflict with one another. They can't seem to agree on a cohesive direction to take the firm in, and morale is suffering due to their inability to present a united front to employees.
