What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This firm will need to increase compensation if they want to stay competitive in the employment market. As of now, the best way for employees of the firm to increase their earnings is to take another job.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
They promote a fairly pleasant work environment. Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful and good-natured. The job isn't nearly as demanding as some other jobs in the field.
What did you not like about this institution?
The compensation is lacking. I wasn't impressed with my starting salary. I wasn't impressed with the benefits. I was never impressed by the size or frequency of my bonuses.
