What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think something as simple as providing the associates benefits with more vacations would help with dealing with the stress.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I get a great amount of help from my fellow attorneys here. The superiors and partners have an open line of communication with all of the subordinates. The pay and benefits are great. The firm has a good history with clientele, which helps with getting really important cases.

What did you not like about this institution?
The hours and work load tend to be overwhelming at times. I think it has to do with the firm's determination to make sure our clientele looks at the firm as a mainstay in their legal counsel.
