What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Start hiring more staff to deal with the increased workload the firm has been having. Burnout from too heavy a workload has been the reason several have left recently.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm does good work and really helps people, so it's a very positive work environment. On days when you don't have client meetings or aren't due in court, there is leeway to telecommute from home.

What did you not like about this institution?
The firm can get busy and there isn't always enough staff to manage the workload, and this is unlikely to change unless they hire more staff and associates.
