Their lawsuits take forever. The longest suits I've ever had to go through. They do not respond to emails, and when they do, they provide useless information and ignore your questions and concerns.
Continue to bring big cases and represent individuals in these important areas.
Challenging and exciting cases at the cutting edge of litigation; great offices and support.
Tough cases against top-tier defense firms is challenging. High-stakes litigation can be stressful at times during the pendency of the case.
N/A - I've never had an issue with any partners here.
The nature of the work and cases.
I would personally like to see management keep up the good work and continue to hire new attorneys and other staff members to help free up our hands when working on difficult cases.
I have been working for Zimmerman Reed for almost 2 years and I must say it's been a pleasure. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. It’s a wonderful environment. You're given lots of new responsibility and are able to expand your horizons while still getting adequate assistance from partners. The law firm is generous to employees and offers various health care plans.
The scheduling and hours can be tough to work with at times. It's a very busy firm with a very high workload, but it's manageable. It all comes with the territory especially considering that we have a tendency to take om some very difficult cases.
None - they are great.
This firm provides a challenging and rewarding work experience. Management gives you all of the tools to be successful and genuinely wants you to succeed. The staff and attorneys are personable and enjoyable to work with and are passionate about what they do.
I cannot think of anything at this time. It is a fast-paced atmosphere, generally how law firms run though.
None.
KARMA will get you in the end.
NONE
They avoid having to go to court for the clients. They let the staute of limitations run out forcing clients to take a low ball settlement. If you refuse to take the offer they tell you to get another lawyer.
ALL !!!
How they have advoided being in jail themselves.
Charge 33% or less
They got my settlement money from Uber's case. Only drawback they over charge at 40 percent rate.
40% rate
They got Uber to settle.
Poor management
The worst people
You can improve by taking care of your employees better and by ACTUALLY DO WHAT YOU SAID YOU WERE GOING DO INSTEAD OF A WEEK OF INCOMPLETE AND THEN COMPLAIN ABOUT A LIMIT STATUE BULL SHUT UP FOOLS!!!! Okay. :P
Look at there google reviews and tell me how this is still in AMERICA? YES! Do not get suckered in their bullshit.
They don't need to be in business. I am surprised they are still in business to be honest. YES! Do not get suckered in their bullshit.
YES! Do not get suckered in their bullshit. YES! Do not get suckered in their bullshit. They say they can help with NAVIENT they cant. YES! Do not get suckered in their bullshit.
They are the worst and it makes me sick that they are in America. Please if you can please relocate out of the STATES. YES! Do not get suckered in their bullshit.
Go back to way things were. Appreciate your staff and go back to the family atmosphere we once had here. Maybe make a little less (pretty sure you all make over a million) and pay for family benefits. Take care of your staff and be a lot nicer. Get rid of your HR lady who is making a lot of us want to leave. Appreciate your staff and those of us who have been with you for a long time and start paying more - just because other firms are just as stingy, there are many firms paying a lot more than you and trying to get us to join their teams.
This used to be a great place to work. Have worked at this firm in MPLS office for a long time. Great benefits and comparable pay. Stingy year end bonuses; friends at other firms make at least a paycheck; don't expect that here. Health care includes Dental which is nice, but family benefits are crazy expensive. Don't work here if you need insurance for your kids.
The new mgt is mean-spirited and out to get rid of us old timers. Their new HR is incompetent, rude, never at work, and is out to get people. She is the worst in law firm management and doesn't even had a degree, ex secretary or something. Partners turn a blind eye and let her ruin relationships.
Founder is great, managing partners mean, other partners so so to work with. Some associates are the worst prima donnas ever, they think just because they went to law school they are better than everyone else and treat paralegals like crap. Other associates are really great and appreciative
They throw fun summer and holiday parties. There are some really great people here, and the paralegals I work with are really great and supportive. We help each other a lot and help each other deal with crazy HR and mean new associates.
Management needs to be more present at the firm. This makes the law firm look back and it's unfair for employees to have to pick up other's slack.
This firm is alright when you first start working here. The pay is good considering the area and it comes with great benefits including dental. I also got a lot of vacation time which was nice as well as sick days if I needed them.
Management was hardly ever around the firm and the place felt like a bit of a zoo at times. Documents would go missing, staff would just not show up, and no one was here to deal with it.
Allow individuals to continue to grow and work with the company, by not stressing them out as much when they first start working there.
Working here has taught me a lot that I feel I couldn't have learned anywhere else. It is great to be around such great people.
It tends to be a fast paced environment and that can get to some people that are not used to that. It takes some time.
If things aren't broken, no need for fixing- things were going well, and I believe they'll continue to do well.
I feel right at home at this firm. My coworkers are classy, smart and friendly. They make it a great environment to get my work done in a timely, undistracted manner. I've never felt bored, there's a wide variety of areas of law practiced at this firm, always something to learn.
Everything was going well until this firmed decided it was time for a shake up and change in management. I've never understood the change to this day; the replacements weren't an upgrade by any means.
Thank you.
