What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Keep up the good work supporting the new lawyers and guiding them along. Try to spread the better cases out to more people so it doesn't get to be so routine for people.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The people here are very nice to work with and are very willing to help out in any way that they can. You have a very good group of lead attorneys who are very generous with their time.

What did you not like about this institution?
The work is kind of monotonous as you work on a lot of the same types of cases frequently. You won't get to handle very many of the bigger cases or more interesting ones.
