What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Management should implement a policy for last minute adjustments or problems. There should be a set procedure available to attorneys for these instances.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The schedule of the firm was very flexible. Office hours were not standard, expected office hours. This was simply because of the type of cases and clients the firm represented. I enjoyed the flexibility of the firm.
What did you not like about this institution?
Although I did enjoy the flexibility of the schedule, there were times where case schedules were completely unpredictable and required last minute adjustments.
