Work on streamlining the flow between departments. Balance the workload between people.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm offers excellent litigators and some great mentors. I've enjoyed the people that I work with, and the work has been interesting and stimulating.

What did you not like about this institution?
The hours can get pretty long here for some. The departments sometimes don't work well together and there can be miscommunication and confusion.
