Some sort of system to help quicken the pace for future employees to advance might lead to better people to start with that will stay on-board.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I have worked here since graduating university and it has been a wonderful voyage within the place. Advancement is available quickly.

What did you not like about this institution?
I think the pay is slow to measure up with performance, while its great now, it took a while to be recognized.
