What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The firm needs to learn to move on from associates when they display unprofessional behavior in the office. I'm sure it's not on the table, but a change of location would be a welcome change for most of the staff.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Transportation to and from the office is very convenient. The firm gives all its employees plenty of chances to learn and develop their professional skills. Management is caring and listens to everyone.

What did you not like about this institution?
Though the location is fine transportation-wise, it's still not the best place to work. Some of employees at the firm are standoffish and unwelcoming. Perhaps they don't like competition? Regardless, it's unpleasant.
