What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The firm would do well to maintain higher levels of staffing throughout the year and increase staffing during busy periods with temporary employees. This would promote a happier and healthier firm.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I felt a lot of camaraderie working at this firm. The staff really has each other's backs all the time. Consequently, the working environment is very positive and consistently friendly.

What did you not like about this institution?
Staffing levels were sometimes low and consequently the workload each employee was expected to complete was awful high. It made it difficult to maintain a healthy work and life balance.
