What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Small firm so there's a good opportunity to learn all aspects of working on personal injury cases. Partners are very good at taking time and mentoring associates. Great, supportive work environment.

What did you not like about this institution?
Pay could be more competitive with area firms and benefits package doesn't make up for it. They could stand to hire a few to help with making it a more reasonable workload.
