I like working here because of the work I did and the clients I helped. Also, the pay is decent enough for what you do.

What did you not like about this institution?
Management thrives on a very hectic, hands-on style. Your boss breathes down your neck a lot at this job. It's not for everyone.

All employees of every level are paid fairly well. They can afford to from charging clients astronomical bills.

What did you not like about this institution?
CEC is a group of egotistical, condescending WASP men who only want to hire WASP men. If you love pontificating white dudes, you’ll love CEC. They rarely ever hire/keep minorities or women, especially for the professional positions. Check out the current profiles. The partners are opportunistic and won’t blink an eye at creatively taking advantage of both clients and employees. They have zero loyalty to employees and have been known to fire employees and walk them out of the building the same afternoon, even after years of service. This place will leave a bad taste in your mouth.
