For the management, listen to your employees. They deal with the day to day operation more than most of the management does. They know what is going on and what has to be done, to makes things right. It is important we are listened to.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Everyone around is very friendly and is willing to help each other succeed. They care about each other as much as they care about their customers

What did you not like about this institution?
Management tends to take action without understanding the whole situation. I've seen people get in trouble, when what happened wasn't even the individuals fault

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
It was a pleasure working with the team present at this firm. They go out of their way to provide employees with an excellent place of employment with accommodating workspaces, great benefits, and flexible hours. I have had the pleasure of working with a great team here that have only furthered my abilities as an attorney

What did you not like about this institution?
Finding advancement within the law firm is difficult. The opportunities don't present themselves so you must keep in communication with the staff to find these.
