What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
If management decided to give everyone a raise I know that I wouldn't turn it down. I don't really expect that to happen, but the compensation does need to be raised a bit.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
There are a lot of really smart people here and I've had the opportunity to work on some really interesting cases since I joined the firm. This is a great place to learn and develop yourself professionally.

What did you not like about this institution?
I think that the salary and benefits here could be a bit better, but the interesting work does a lot to help me look past that. The compensation this firm currently offers is a bit below the market average, however.
