What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would suggest that there be a fair way to get everyone to work on the longerand harder cases. I think by working together, it would really make it less difficult and help everyone be motivated to work.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The environment to work in is amazing. The staff is really helpful and cares about the work that is done at the firm. There are rarely any issues between the staff members and if there is they are resolved quickly. Everyone is really reasonable when it comes to workload and no one gets more than someone else. All in all, this firm is really fair to everyone.
What did you not like about this institution?
The firm doesn't offer any benefits. For the amount of time and work that everyone does, I think that benefits should be offered. Every once in a while there is a case that no one really wants to deal with since it is more of a hassle kind of case and there will be more work put into it than normal.

My only advice to the firm's management would be to continue to operate as they have been - no changes necessary.

My years working at TLG have been exceptional. From top to bottom, this firm is truly filled with the best people. Scott is a once in a lifetime employer. He clearly cares tremendously about his work, and this reflects in his management style. Employees are held to a high standard, but the firm's supportive culture fosters growth for those willing to work hard. Pay and benefits are competitive, and the work space is healthy, collaborative, and often fun.
What did you not like about this institution?
Fortunately, my time at this firm has been overwhelmingly positive. The attorneys, staff, and work space have all exceeded expectations.

There are no attorneys to avoid here. Again, the culture is collaborative and supportive, and all of the attorneys are approachable.

One of my favorite things about this firm is the ongoing education that accompanies each job. I continue to learn from the attorneys, my colleagues, and the clients each day.
