If partners and associates would open up and socialize with the support staff more the work environment here would be a lot better.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The support staff at this firm works so hard and is incredibly efficient. I don't think the firm would run half as good if they were replaced with different people.

What did you not like about this institution?
The culture at this firm is very stratified. Partners don't socialize with anyone except other partners, and associates only socialize with other associates. There isn't very much social interaction at all between the different social layers.

Stick to your se.x.ual harassment policy and carry it out.

What did you not like about this institution?
Clueless management and rampant se.x.ual harassment. They allow partners (married) and staff (married) to carry on affairs, which are obvious to all, on firm time and firm property.

People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
