What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Please listen to us lawyers. The Managing Partner is deaf to our complaints. He treats people like shit and thinks he is God or something. When we say something he doesn't like, he blacklists us. There is also no proper HR person.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The best part of this firm is the location. Solaris Publika is a happening place and a place to eat and shop during lunch and after work.

What did you not like about this institution?
Bullying and harassment. Partners here call you "stupid", "retard" and they throw things at you. Some partners do not know their stuff and I wonder how they advise clients.

People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
Several. Two in particular eyes the ladies, and makes passes at them. The turnover is high and you wonder why.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
The Pantry Aunty. She seems to be the only person who listens to us lawyers. Other than that there is nothing redeeming about the firm.
