What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The problem is at the top.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
There are some nice associates and staff members at the firm
What did you not like about this institution?
The majority of the partners are absolutely terrible, especially the firm's namesake. There is no where for you to go here. The partners don't want to work so they absolutely overwork their associates. The turnover rate is extraordinarily high. You'll know people for months, and then they'll be gone. Partners will overwork you in a second so that they can leave early.
How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
You can dress casually. It's nice to not have to dress formally every day...or any day.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Keep building the employees bonds and always let them know you appreciate them. I see the young associates may need some guidance and molding, the patience and understanding when building them up is important. We can always improve and build this firm.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The best part of this firm is the bonding we all have with each other. I like that the air here is light, yet everyone works hard and gets the job done and does it professionally. Yes, they joke around sometimes and we laugh, that makes working here worthwhile. The office is a law firm and they expect nothing but the best from you, professionally as well as personally. We have many off work, as well as in office gatherings where we can get to know each other on a personal level. Holidays are the best! As an employee I feel appreciated and valued every time I walk through the doors.
What did you not like about this institution?
I do see some young associates come and then move on, but I have been in the business for many years and know this happens everywhere.
People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
None, at all. They are all approachable.
How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
The standard in which they hold themselves.
