Scale down and take a minute to let others take the lead. It’s hard to trust and delegate but some people are worth the shot.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
A great lawyer she helps so many people I have watched her give and give and get nothing and even less then that in return. I’ve never seen or met a kinder soul.

What did you not like about this institution?
Ms. O’Donnell works very hard4, she should scale back and delegate more some people won’t disappoint but truth is many do...

People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
Many, no one likes to see a woman on top everyone wanted her position but no one was willing to work as hard as she did and still does

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
The owner and her success from nothing . She made me believe that anything is possible. To this day I believe that because of her.

Start it back up again Maria! I’d join you and I would bring the others back. We could do it again.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
We had something great going, we all were like a big crazy family and the excitement of the amount of growth was palpable. Cases were flying in and we all were working hard. I have been hard pressed to find something that exciting and successful that I may actually someday be a true part of.

What did you not like about this institution?
Constant need to hire new people who just couldn’t make the cut. I helped train them but lawyers these days just don’t care it was disheartening to see them crap on our hard work and efforts.

None Maria was the sole owner and she was a great boss

Family atmosphere, everything I learned, the massive growth I witnessed.
