Maybe develop some sort of screening system to cut down on the number of people with frivolous claims and lawsuits that have no merit at all.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
They have a very pleasant office environment to work in and they really make people feel at home. You're able to work on a variety of different cases.

What did you not like about this institution?
Personal injury work can be a real pain, so many people try to use it as a way to make money with sketchy claims. It's very taxing to deal with these types.
