5.Current EmployeeTop notch law firmAnonymous Employee in Norristown, PARecommendProsHighly talented attorneys. Firm encourages collegial culture without the out-dated heirarchal thinking with respect to attorney/staff interactions. New managing partner breathes lfe into practice management, filling a void previously ignored by former M.P. Non-attorney management is strong, fair and inspires growth and longevity. Work-life balance encouraged by owners.ConsWages a a little low, and location is not great.Advice to ManagementThere are employees who don't always keep pace with their peers. Sometimes you have to make the decision to let them go so others don't feel taken for granted.
Consider when it's necessary to invite everyone to a specific meeting - not everyone has to know about every breaking development as soon as it occurs. It might be better to sometimes fill people in the end of the day or when they are not engaged in something important.
Lots of training is provided. Work-life balance is valued. Fairly friendly and informal office culture. Benefits are generally acceptable for the average younger person. Good place to learn and grow, overall.
Can be a little inefficient - too many meetings can disrupt the course of your day and your workflow, making you feel like you have to catch up and like your non-work time is being eaten into. Pay/wages are not incredible - they're maybe average.
Thank you.
