What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Hold monthly employee get togethers to help acquaint the staff with one another. Have raffles with prizes to encourage attendance.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is a very old and set in its ways firm. It is very difficult to even get hired, so once you are in, you are golden.

What did you not like about this institution?
It's mostly crunching numbers and entering data there. No real person-to-person interactions and it felt very sterile throughout the building.
