Create more opportunities for advancement within the firm. Treat your employees as people rather than machines.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm is highly regarded nationally for its success with cases and clients. They deal with a variety of legal areas. Teamwork is high. The environment is friendly.

What did you not like about this institution?
It is hard to get a promotion at this firm. It is not the place for a career. Be prepared to work many long hours. There is not a good balance between life and work.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Jillian Holmes needs a course on how to be a effective office manager. She is not ontop of her job and it is horrible and sickening. She also likes to put thisnoff on others.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
You meet some great clients, location of the firm is great. The food places are great toneat and it is closr to metro and parking Isnt to bad.

What did you not like about this institution?
The black employees are treated differently than others, Jillian Holmes is a horrible office manager, there is alot of favoritism in the office. Rand Chatman is a alcoholic, Ira Sherman is a racist and rude and nasty. Your life is meant to only be about work. Your children nor health matter. I would not recommend this firm for employment.

People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
Ira Sherman is the worst. He is very sneaky. You can not trust him in the slightest. You have to walk on eggshells in this place at all times.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
Great clients, good reputation I will not take that from the firm. The firm is being ran down hill when it comes to being somewhere to work.
