I mean who doesn't want more days off or out of the office.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The health insurance, 401k match, the people that you work with. Can provide stability for those looking for it. Several of the top employees have worked for the company for a long time, it shows that if I continue to work hard, I can move up into leadership.

What did you not like about this institution?
It is family law and that isn't for everyone. You have to want to deal with people as clients and not corporations that you bill.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
The Firm gives you your Birthday off. That is unheard of in most firms. I always thought that my Birthday was a holiday and now it is a paid day off.

The benefits include health, dental and vision, 401k match, bonus possibilities, paid time off, including your birthday! The people you work with in your office, plus those in the other offices, create a teamwork environment. It is great for beginning attorneys, as well as for experienced attorneys to continue with their practice.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm provides a lot of resources for attorney's to be successful. I started with this firm as a brand new attorney, and was able to step right in and utilize various different resources from the firm which have helped me be successful over the past few years.

Continue to utilize the Client Care Department to check the temperature of clients. The CCD is a useful department in the firm for both clients and attorneys.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
If you are looking to help people, this is the place to work. SLF focuses on actively working up client's cases in an effort to obtain the best result possible. There is never a dull moment in Family Law, which makes working at SLF a fun, fast-paced environment. Competitive pay, excellent benefits, bonuses, room for growth and more.

Family Law can be a difficult area of law to practice.

I don't have any specific advice, i think the firm management have been great in general.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The work environment, everyone works to help eachother learn and help the firm grow. we make eachother feel welcomed and comfortable at all times.

What did you not like about this institution?
receiving a response to whether or not my hours off requested have been approved or not, one of the times i requested off a few months in advance, and only received an email the day of the day i requested off. but i believe that we could have had a rough and busy days at the firm which is why the HR was not able to reach back to me sooner.
