Divorce is usually quite traumatic for the clients; maybe find a way to have a more calming office setting for the really distraught ones instead of just an office.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
They really give you ownership of your cases without hovering over you all the time. But if you do need help, there are plenty of other lawyers and staff willing to step in and lend a hand.

What did you not like about this institution?
You can be tasked with cases that push you. Often, the cases demand patience and civility while dealing with stressful events and clients.
