This firm needs to consider expanding and offering more room for growth. Otherwise, employees will leave for better employment elsewhere.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The atmosphere at this firm is very upbeat and friendly. The firm is small so everyone is really close to one another and it feels a lot like family. Management treats everyone well and it doesn't feel like a stressful environment at all.

What did you not like about this institution?
My only issue with this firm is the pay. It's not bad when starting out but they hardly ever offer any raises or promotions. It would be nice if they offered more means of better pay.
