What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Management needs to get the ball rolling and start to hire some new associates so that overtime does not become a mandatory prerequisite for working at this firm. I also think that the current office location needs to be expanded.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
There is plenty of overtime to go around at this firm which can be a pro or con depending on how much you enjoy working after hours. Everyone was very friendly and always willing to help.

What did you not like about this institution?
This firm is very busy year round. This firm is also understaffed and the current office location feels very confined, which made working there quite difficult for me.
