What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Management needs to be more present if employees are feeling neglected. Otherwise they will leave and look for work elsewhere.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I've been here for a couple years now and I've loved getting to know the employees. We spend a lot of time together and become really close after a while. We hang out a lot on the weekends and you begin to feel like family with them.

What did you not like about this institution?
Management could be more present. They are around every now and then but when you need them they're nowhere to be found. They don't respond to phone calls and the environment can feel a bit chaotic at times. They don't seem to be around when you need them.
