It would be a really good idea for new people to have a mentor for a few weeks until they get a better feel of the work.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
If you sign on here, be prepared to deal with things that you haven't ever dealt with, but for people like me it is a blast to do that.

What did you not like about this institution?
It can be a struggle for new people to figure out how to deal with the work here as it can be a lot for a newbie.
