What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The supporting staff needs to be held to higher standards. They aren't currently doing all of their share of the work. There need to be fair and consistent performance measures.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The pay's not bad and the work environment allows for some privacy unlike the cubical farm I used to work at. Nicely furnished, too. Easy to find parking.

What did you not like about this institution?
I have trouble keeping up with my workload a lot of the time. Very stressful job. Some of the people on the support staff are less than helpful, gossipy, and political.

Very kind and considerate bosses. Allows for work/life balance. Great benefits. Small office environment. I am able to work remotely if necessary. Promotes continued education. I love it here!

What did you not like about this institution?
I honestly cannot think of anything.
