Tom Horgan, A partner at the firm, Tom helps individuals and entities in all facets of civil litigation including family law, personal injury, insurance defense, coverage disputes, real estate, NIL, criminal defense, and estate planning matters. He practices at all levels of state and federal courts with a highly-diversified portfolio of clients. After attending Villanova University for his bachelor’s degree, he attended Creighton University School of Law to obtain his Juris Doctor degree. He practiced in New York for several years before moving back to his hometown of Omaha, Nebraska.
Tom is a licensed athlete agent in the State of Nebraska. His primary goal is to represent student athletes throughout the Name, Image, and Likeness (“NIL”) contract initiation, procurement, and negotiations in this new and complex area of law.
