Our firm was founded in 1997 by David Lee as a local firm in Las Vegas, Nevada specializing in construction and commercial litigation. Since then, we have grown to become a full-service law firm with trusted and broadly experienced attorneys in major markets across the United States. Our success has been built on our dedication to providing value and results for our clients. With a thoughtful approach to our clients' needs, we develop business and legal strategies to promote their interests. We create a true partnership with our clients to help minimize and transfer risk and where possible, resolve disputes before they see a courtroom. However, with a team of experienced trial lawyers, we have the drive and resources to fully litigate the highest exposure disputes in the country.
