Connor & Morneau, LLP was founded in 2011 with one clear mission: to be the premier Western New England law firm dedicated to assisting employees, labor organizations and consumers protect and defend their rights through individual representation, negotiation, grievance arbitrations, litigation, and class action lawsuits. Our typical clients are individuals confronting problems in the workplace, labor organizations that need excellent representation in collective bargaining and negotiation, and consumers who have been harmed in the marketplace. We also provide ancillary legal services, such as real estate closings, family law representation, and estate planning.
In 2015, Connor & Morneau, LLP moved to its present, permanent location at 273 State Street, directly across the street from the United States District Court serving all of Western Massachusetts.
Collectively, the attorneys at Connor & Morneau, LLP, have nearly one hundred years of legal experience in Massachusetts and Connecticut. Our attorneys have represented many of the main unions in the area, been involved in some of the region’s most significant wage and hour and employment discrimination litigation, worked among the highest levels of the federal government, and taught at some of the area’s best institutions. We are skilled and experienced, work hard, and are passionate about what we do.
Geographically, Connor & Morneau, LLP, is located at the crossroads of Western Massachusetts’ commerce and industry, where Springfield, Agawam, West Springfield and Longmeadow intersect. Our clients live and work all over the region. In Hampden County, our clients come from places like Springfield, Holyoke, Longmeadow, Agawam, Westfield, West Springfield, Palmer, Wilbraham, Ludlow, Chicopee, and East Longmeadow. In Hampshire County, our clients live and work in towns such as Northampton, Amherst, South Hadley, and Easthampton. And we also represent clients in Connecticut, Maryland, Maine, Worcester and Boston, as well as many villages and hamlets in-between.
