You Should Not Dabble: To Succeed It’s All or Nothing
4 Star Rating

This firm should of hired a marketing team and invested a lot more money into advertising it's services. We really had top notch attorneys and staff and it's a real shame it's all gone now.
My secretary in particular was top notch and was always very accommodating. I also enjoyed working with one attorney in particular, Jeff, of whom showed me the ropes while I was an intern.
This firm does not know how to market themselves. The lack of work led to the dissolvation of this firm and everyone went their own separate ways.
Management needs to be more open minded with their staff and willing to take corrections. People don't want to work where they feel their voice isn't heard and old technology won't appeal to newer employees.
This firm has a great morale and people seem to get along very well with one another. The pay is also quite good and they do offer raises at the end of every year.
The technology in this firm is outdated and rarely works. The computers run on Windows 95 and the website looks like it hasn't been updated in over a decade. Management also refuses to listen to their employees, especially when we have good ideas to improve the company.
Those who thrive in a fast paced environment will do very well here, but those who don't might want to stay away. It's nice to see partners who are so accessible, however.
I really like the leadership team at this firm. There is a lot of combined experience here and everyone is very knowledgeable and willing to share what they know. The partners are very accessible and welcoming to new associates.
Expectations can be pretty high here, and long hours are the norm for most associates. The work environment is pretty fast paced, which can sometimes be stressful.
Thank you.
