This firm needs to consider expanding if they want to keep employees for a longer span of time. Upward movement needs to be possible.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I met a lot of great people working at this firm and created a lot of lifelong friends.Management takes care of you, gives decent bonuses at the end of the year, and offer great vacation time as well.

What did you not like about this institution?
The only reason why I left this firm was for a better opportunity elsewhere. A better paying job was available and I couldn't turn the offer down. This firm just didn't have the open position I was looking for.
