What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Management should make sure that we are taking on enough cases to the point where there are some overtime opportunity's. I would then like to see a slight pay increase to reflect the increase in work volume.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
What drew me to this firm the most is just how laid back this firm is. The work environment is very casual and everyone is very family oriented and welcoming at this firm. The starting pay was not too shabby as well.

What did you not like about this institution?
The office can get to be quite a bit too laid back at times. I also feel as though we are not as busy as we could be and are not growing at a fast enough rate.
