This firm needs to consider giving employees more raises. This way they won't leave for better paying opportunities elsewhere.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm teaches you a lot about your career and they really want you to better yourself. They hold monthly seminars that are all inclusive and paid for and they teach you a lot while you're there. They wish you the best if you leave and wrote me a great recommendation when I did.

What did you not like about this institution?
The pay for this firm isn't the best. It isn't the worst, but I feel they could do a lot better and I only left for a better opportunity. They couldn't match the pay so I had to choose the better option. They understood, but would have been nice if I could have stayed.
