Advice to law firm management: Management needs more employee moral and getting along with one another. They can do team building activities to help employees get along with one another.
Pros: I've been here for about a year now and I love the located. It's right on the coast and the food places nearby are awesome for lunch. I don't mind coming in to work because the nice view makings everything worthwhile.
Cons: The environment is a little unwelcoming at first. People are in cliques at this firm and the environment feels unprofessional most times at best. Management doesn't seem to care and people treat one another horrbily at this firm.
