What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Keep up the family atmosphere in the office, it really makes going to work every day pleasant. Try to build the client list to be able to pay more.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
You can learn quite a few different areas of the law as they work with cases in commercial, business, estate and tax law. It's very pleasant place to work and the people are very nice.

What did you not like about this institution?
The worst is the pay and benefits but that's really to be expected from a smaller firm in a smaller area like Knoxville.
