The firm should try harder to develop the skill sets of their staff by varying the assignments and duties. Young employees need this type of development first and foremost.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
They go out of their way to nurture young and talented employees. They even offer tuition support and flexible hours for students who enter the firm early.

What did you not like about this institution?
Assignments can be repetitive and uninteresting at times. Management tends to stick you with what you're already good at rather than diversifying your skills.
