What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Invest some time and money in updating the office and the technology in it. Offer some computer training for employees as well, since a large portion of them aren't extremely computer literate.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Jarrard & Davis pays well and offers a decent amount of benefits if you're experienced. More vacation is offered here than other firms I know of in the city.

What did you not like about this institution?
This firm is not technologically up-to-date. Most of the office computers are very slow and outdated. Most people bring their own laptops to work on, because it's easier than dealing with fifteen year old computers.
